Mylo XylotoĀ was produced by Markus Dravs, Daniel Green and Rik Simpson with "enoxification" and additional composition by Brian Eno.
The album begins where the vivaciousĀ Viva La VidaĀ left off. A short instrumental resonates like the shimmering dawn of a new day, before the Talk Talk bounce of "Hurt Like Heaven" ignites, a vocoda-ing Martin chirping "you're so cold, so cold". Other standouts are live favourite "Charlie Brown", which slots snugly into anĀ A Rush Of Blood To The HeadĀ groove and "Princess Of China" which is the much talked about collaboration with Rihanna.
Mylo Xyloto by Coldplay is now available on clear EcoRecord. Each injection-moulded LP is made entirely from, on average, nine recycled plastic bottles. EcoRecord sounds and looks as great as a traditional vinyl record, but itās been manufactured using 100% recycled PET, instead of PVC. Injection moulding technology has energy savings of up to 85% compared to the traditional vinyl process.
