3D Country is the second studio album by American indie rock band Geese, released on June 23, 2023, through Partisan Records. The album spans a length of 43 minutes and 27 seconds and features a captivating blend of alternative country, blues rock, and jam band influences. The album revolves around the story of an uptight cowboy who embarks on a journey through the desert after taking psychedelic drugs. As he watches the world around him unravel, including his own concept of self, the album delves into themes of self-discovery and transformation. Geese is still the group we were introduced to in 2021: vocalist Cameron Winter, guitarist Gus Green, guitarist Foster Hudson, bassist Dom DiGesu, and drummer Max Bassin. But spiritually, Geese have returned as an entirely different prospect. ‘3D Country’ is the sound of a restless, adventurous band redefining themselves.
