I’m Nice Now is the third studio album by Upchuck, released on the 3rd of October 2025 via Domino Records. It was produced and mixed by Ty Segall at Sonic Ranch Studio and features a raw, urgent punk aesthetic recorded live to tape. The album runs 13 tracks across roughly 30 minutes, delivering a mix of rage, resilience and incisive social critique.

Upchuck use I’m Nice Now as both a sonic blow and a statement.
