Formed in Brisbane in the early 1980s, Ups and Downs quickly became known for their jangly guitars, melodic hooks, soaring harmonies and introspective lyrics, cementing their place in the hearts of indie music fans. Ups and Downs are celebrating their 40th anniversary with the release of a special limited edition vinyl anthology entitled Stained Glass Memories. This special vinyl compilation spans their entire career, and showcases how the band’s sound has evolved while still retaining the essential elements that made them stand out. The initial pressing consists of 100 x red opaque vinyl, 100 x blue opaque vinyl and 100 x yellow opaque vinyl
